The Software, including all code, algorithms, designs, documentation, logos and marketing materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Apex Market Academy and is protected by UK and international copyright law.
"PineOptimizer AI" and "Apex Market Academy" are trademarks of Apex Market Academy. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

You accept full responsibility for all trading decisions made using the Software. Apex Market Academy accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through the use of this Software.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Apex Market Academy does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apex Market Academy disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Market Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or trading losses arising from the use of the Software.
In no event shall Apex Market Academy's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Apex Market Academy provides PineOptimizer AI — a Windows desktop software application for Pine Script analysis and trading strategy optimization. We also provide related educational content, documentation and customer support.
We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Refunds will not be issued where the Software has been used for more than 7 days or where there is evidence of licence key sharing or misuse.

You agree to use PineOptimizer AI only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Software in connection with any activity that violates the terms of any prop firm, broker or exchange you trade with.

Pro Monthly subscribers receive all updates during their active subscription period. Lifetime license holders receive updates released within 24 months of their purchase date.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
